A List of Working Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel SHiFT Codes

We love the Borderlands franchise. There’s so much great gameplay and the swag is top tier. The only really tough thing about Borderlands is collection all the SHiFT codes that come up for golden keys and in-game items. Now you don’t have to hunt the internet and play guess and check to figure out which codes will work. Here’s a list of working Borderlands: Pre-Sequel SHiFT codes for PC/Mac/Linux, Playstation, and Xbox.

The recent update has brought this game back to its previous popularity, so now the codes are in demand again. However, if you’re like most players you’re enjoying Pandora’s moon, but you’re probably fed up with outdated codes. We scoured the internet and found a ton of great resources, but they didn’t all have the same codes. GameRant has the very latest code updates. We grabbed a couple of these from them (Thanks GR!) but the rest we had to keep looking for.

Using SHiFT Codes

In order to use these codes, you need to enter Concordia. From there you have to locate The Golden Mysterious Loot Chest aka The Golden Key Chest. Every time you open it you’ll consume a key to get at that loot. The chest has two golden skulls on the front side of it, so it’s pretty easy to identify. Once you find it, using your keys is a fairly simple process.

Interact with the Shift Code Central Kiosk (Go figure, that makes sense as the place to input your SHiFT codes). You’ll need to open the tab marked Repository. Once that’s open you can submit your SHiFT codes from the screen. Keep in mind that you need Wifi to pull off this trick. Without an internet connection, all the codes in the world won’t do you any good. When you’ve inputted your codes the keys should be available across all your characters if you’re playing more than one.

PC/Mac/Linux SHiFT Codes

If you’re running Borderlands on the computer, the codes below will get you a ton of golden keys. There’s also a sniper rifle, and some skins that have working codes. These should apply regardless of your OS as far as we know. We didn’t have time to test them all in person, but the great people who contribute to the Orcz.com (http://orcz.com/Borderlands_Pre-Sequel:_Shift_Codes) page swear by them, so we’ like to thank those gamers for their dedication to the community.

PC gaming is arguably the most difficult format, but it also gives you unprecedented control over the controls. We love Borderlands on our gaming PC’s and clearly so do all of you which is why we put these codes at the top of the list. Final Thoughts

SHiFT codes change over time, and more may still come out after we make this list thanks to the renewed interest in Borderlands. The codes on this list are all useable as of this publication. Unfortunately, some of the codes are only active for a few hours while others seem to never expire. It’s always smart to use any new codes right away so you don’t accidentally miss out on extra keys or cool gear. The good news is that you can always check with the Steam Community or other places where Borderlands lovers congregate to see if there are any new codes or old ones that have expired.
