Oculus Rift: The Future is Terrifying
Here’s the first of what I have to assume will be many, many Oculus Rift-based pranks once the VR headset makes it to market. It’s in Russia, and shows a friend (or the Oculus Rift demo guy?) trying to show the man playing just how terrifying the headset can be as it tricks your brain into thinking what you’re seeing is real. I’d skip to about a minute in for the fireworks.
And this isn’t even a horror game! I’m picturing some even more horrible version of this video where a monster jumps out right as someone grabs the player, and then things end with actual murder. Welcome to the future.
