Movie Recommendation of the Week: The Night Before
This has got to be one of my all-time favorite dumb 80s movies, and that’s saying a lot. Not to mention we’re getting one of our first glimpses of Keanu Reeves as well as the absolute sexiest version of Lori Loughlin ever. So with that said, may I present The Night Before.
Winston Connelly (Reeves) wakes up in the middle of the night in an alley with no idea of how he got there. Nor does he know where in Los Angeles he is or why he is wearing a beat-up tuxedo. Through a series of flashbacks, he remembers that he was sidetracked on his way to the prom the night before. In the meantime, he has to figure out what happened to his wallet, his car keys, his date, and why a pimp named “Tito” wants him dead.
Seriously guys, if that paragraph doesn’t make you want to see this then I don’t know what does. Oh did I mention there’s a scene where Lori Loughlin is only wearing her bra and underwear? Yeah, that too. So come on. Give it a shot.
Trailer is after the jump….

This movie absolutely rocks.
Is this the movie where they get lost in the first place because he accidentally puts a magnet next to the compass in his car?
If so, I remember seeing that and liking it when I was younger but I didn’t even realize Keanu Reeves was in it.
“You SOLD me… to a PIMP…named TITO!” OMG, I haven’t seen “The Night Before” in ages, but you’re right- that movie is a lot of fun to watch. I’m gonna have to pick it up and watch it again.

I see they based the whole Hangover scenario on that movie!
@L’Autre Exactly what I was thinking.
