Ash vs. Evil Dead: Arcade Edition

OK Unreality readers.  We lied.  Here’s another little tidbit that was sent to our inbox just a few moments ago.  A new series has just come out that we just had to share with you.  We like it because A.  it’s screams 90s’s.  B.  It has the words Ash and Evil Dead and C.  It’s Halloween and they got all Halloweeny on us.   Here’s what the creators of the series (Mashed) had to say about this video:

To celebrate this spooky time of year, we have reimagined the super hyped new series Ash Vs Evil Dead as a 90’s arcade game. Based on the trailer for the upcoming series, the Evil Dead return to torment middle-aged Ash and new sidekick Pablo in his home. Luckily Ash is fully equipped with a chainsaw, boomstick and plenty of one liners to get them out of this mess.

With artwork from internet legend Jim’ll paint it, and a horrifying After Effect’s layer hell, we managed to piece together this bloody good mess! And who knows, maybe Ash Vs Evil Dead will see it, and tweet “you did good kid”… *fan girl scream*
