Customer Draws Amazingly Detailed ‘Lord of the Rings’ Map on Cardboard Starbucks Cup
I’m not a big Starbucks guy but I’m well aware that Starbucks is not only home to coffee drinkers, but it’s a place of business for students, entrepreneurs, and clearly people who like to waste a ton of time. Otherwise how do you explain this intricately detailed Starbucks Cup that has been transformed into a perfectly crafted Lord of the Rings Map? One customer recently made his coffee cup his project, spending five hours at a Liverpool franchise penning a highly detailed map of Middle Earth on the cardboard cup. The artist, Liam Kenny, first stained the sides of the cup with a tea bag to achieve a mystical, well-traveled effect. As you can see, he didn’t mess around here.
