A Massive Gallery of Chris Stevens’ Black and White Superheroes
Usually when I feature great artists on this site, they’ll have a series of similarly themed paintings that I can pull from for a reasonably sized gallery. But today, in the case of Chris Stevens, he’s done so many damn pictures in his superhero series, I actually had to throw in the towel.
This guy has commitment, and at this point it’s hard to find superheroes and villains he HASN’T included in his collection. He’s got everyone you could think of, with a bit of extra thrown in with Star Wars and GI Joe characters.
The gallery is one of epic proportions, but there are a TON of cool pieces in here, so it’s definitely worth a look.
Am I blind or is there really no Spiderman?
Spiderman is a douche, deal with it.
Troll much?
Second guy is right. Didn’t you see him strut around with that emo haircut in the last movie?
Doesn’t get any better that this. Nicely done.
Great to see recognition and promotion of Chris’ amazing work here 🙂 I have a number of commissions from Chris (in pen and ink not copic marker) featuring Shanna, Ka-Zar and Dr. Strange as well as Chris’ first cover for Marvel (Agents of Atlas #1 variant cover) and his latest cover for Marvel (Hercules #4) on display here –
