The Evolution of Pawnee Welcome Signs

Pawnee, Indiana is the fictional setting for Parks and Recreation. It is located 90 miles from Indianapolis and the state’s seventh-largest city.   Pawnee is a city with low operating costs and a sizable labor pool.  Its infrastructure is efficiently developed and its citizens are moderately well educated, making it an acceptable location for business.

But what’s more important than all of this?  One, it’s home to Ron Swanson.  And two?  It’s home to Ron Swanson.  As you guys know we’re huge Parks and Rec fans here and when we came across these awesome signs we had to share them with you.
