That Guy Actor of the Week: Robert Romanus
If it weren’t for the fact that I saw him on an episode of Touch a few weeks ago, I’d have never put Robert Romanus up here. However for all of you newbies out there (meaning people under the age of 25), Robert Romanus is a legend. He played the infamous Mike Damone in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Clearly one of the best 80s characters in cinematic history.
Amazingly though, as much as I thought Romanus was a one time thing in 1983, he’s got 58 titles to his name and seems to get relatively steady doing acting and voice over roles. It’s hard to fathom that he’s over 50 years old but time certainly flies.
