Memory of Sai Mota Quest Guide in Destiny 2
“Memory of Sai Mota” is one of the quests that came with Destiny 2’s Shadowkeep expansion. If people want to play it, they are going to need to run through the expansion’s campaign missions. Fortunately, there are just 19 of those, so interested individuals should be able to get everything done within a reasonable amount of time. One estimate says 10 hours. However, it is very much possible for interested individuals to finish the campaign missions either faster or slower depending on how they choose to play. Regardless, once people have done so, they will be able to access “Memory of Sai Mota.”
How Can You Complete the Memory of Sai Mota Quest?
Once people are ready, they should visit Eris Morn, who can be found close to the main landing zone for the Moon. Interested individuals should choose the Lunar Spelunker bounty. After which, they will need to check out the three Lost Sectors before claiming their chests. The first Lost Sector would be K1 Communication close to Anchor of Light; the second Lost Sector would be K1 Crew Quarters north of the space between Anchor of Light and Archer’s Line; and the third Lost Sector would be K1 Logistics in the northwest of Archer’s Line. Once interested individuals have claimed the three chests, they should get a drop called Firewall Data Fragment. That will tell them that it is time for them to make their way to the fourth Lost Sector K1 Revelation. Said location is in Sorrow’s Harbor. Eventually, interested individuals will come upon a couple of exits. The one on the right leads to a data room. Interested individuals can open it by using the Firewall Data Fragment and then claim Sai Mota’s Broken Necklace by interacting with the main console.
Sai Mota’s Broken Necklace is called Sai Mota’s Broken Necklace for a reason. Unsurprisingly, interested individuals are going to need to fix it, which involves fighting Nightmare enemies on the Moon. Specifically, they are going to need to finish off 20 Nightmare enemies using arc abilities. Arc melee works, arc grenades work, arc super abilities work, and so on and so forth. Once interested individuals have met this requirement, they can turn in “Memory of Sai Mota” to Eris Morn for another quest as well as the Fine Memorial. Please note that she won’t be at her normal location. Instead, interested individuals are going to need to jump through the portal that is close to her normal location to meet up with her. As such, this isn’t that much of a difference.
Find a Team
Theoretically speaking, it is possible for a team to prove to be more hindrance than help. Sometimes, the team members are just that bad. Other times, the team members don’t get along very well, with the result that they don’t work together very well either. In practice, a team tends to be better than someone playing on their own for the simple reason that many hands make light work. Due to this, if interested individuals feel like they are ever struggling, they should give some serious thought to finding a team before running through the same content. Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean that they have to team up. If teaming up won’t actually make much of a difference to their efficacy and efficiency for whatever it is that they are working on, they should feel free to play on their own.
Focus On the Things That Matter
If people want to make their loadouts as powerful as possible, they can expect a fair amount of grinding. For instance, exotic weapons need their catalysts before they can be made as powerful as possible, which requires not just getting those catalysts but also activating those catalysts. Something that can be quite time-consuming, particularly if interested individuals are working on something that doesn’t have a sure-fire method of acquisition. As such, interested individuals should always focus their grinding on the things that matter. Essentially, if they know that they will be getting either no or next-to-no use out of something, they should prioritize grinding for something that will be more useful. The satisfaction from becoming better can be an important motivator, so be sure to keep this in mind.
Look For Xur
Speaking of which, if people want to get their hands on some of these toys, they should keep a watchful eye out for Xur. This is because said character is a merchant that sells new exotic weapons, exotic armor, and other goodies on a weekly basis. There is one issue in that Xur moves from week to week. Searching for the character can be time-consuming. Fortunately, interested individuals don’t need to bother doing so on their own because up-to-date information goes up very fast, meaning that they can just look it up rather than figure things out on their own.
Bring the Right Tools For the Right Jobs
There is nothing wrong with having favorites. Games are about fun, so it makes sense for people to play games in the way that provides them with the most fun. Still, chances are good that interested individuals are going to want to accumulate a wide range of options rather than stick to a single loadout. After all, different enemies are best-handled using different tools, so people should prepare for that by having a wide range of options that will enable them to take on a wide range of enemies. Of course, none of this will help unless interested individuals remember to change their loadout, so be sure to make the appropriate changes when the chance comes up.
Practice, Practice, Practice
Different tools are used in different ways. As a result, even if people know how to use their current loadout very well, that doesn’t mean that they will be able to use other loadouts with the same level of skill. Fortunately, there is an easy remedy for that. Interested individuals just have to practice, practice, and practice, which means making more use of a loadout until they have gotten a good grasp of everything that it can and can’t do.
