The Reward Art of AJ Hately
Tired of Kickstarter yet? Me too, but that doesn’t mean it still isn’t funding some rather cool projects. One of them is Gametee, a company that aims to make subtle geek related t-shirts that are actually fashionable. As that’s the ONLY type of geek shirts I buy, that’s right up my alley.
I missed the funding stage, but the idea blew past its goal, raising 24,000 pounds when it only wanted 5,000. The designs are wicked cool, but the rewards are even cooler at the moment. For pledging at a certain level, the designer, AJ Hately, would draw you something of your choice.
From video games to personal portraits, this is what he came up with. And here are what the shirts will look like. Dibs on that USNC Spartan one.
