The Giving Groot

Alright, looks like it’s shaping up to be another Guardians of the Galaxy day, judging by the stories I’m seeing lined up in my publishing queue. But you won’t complain, right?

First up is Isaac Goodhart’s “The Giving Groot,” based on Shel Silverstein’s original. But instead of fruit, Groot is giving little Rocket a gun, which is far more useful given their usual adventures.

I’m really looking forward to this Halloween where there are going to be like a zillion parent/kid Groot/Rocket costumes.

I think I'm a part of the first generation of journalists to skip print media entirely, and I've learned a lot these last few years at Forbes. My work has appeared on TVOvermind, IGN, and most importantly, a segment on The Colbert Report at one point.
