Spray Painting R2-D2 Inspires Star Wars Street Art Collection

Comic artist Phil Postma recently came across an R2-D2 toy that looked like a spray bottle, and that inspired him to do an entire series of Star Wars characters in street art style, as seen above and below.

It’s what I imagine an Adult Swim version of the series would look like, if Disney would ever allow such a thing to happen. Nearly all the major characters from the original trilogy are here, including Darth Maul who always manages to sneak into collections like these because he was like the only cool character from the prequels.
