Robot Chicken’s PS All Stars Ad

I may have been underwhelmed by PS All Stars, but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate a good ad campaign. I thought this was just one of their skits, but apparently Sony commissioned Robot Chicken to craft them an actual ad for the game.

In it, they explore the conundrum of seasoned warriors like Nathan Drake and Kratos being bested by what’s essentially a stuffed animal, and there are a few more interactions in the All Stars break room to boot.

This game had a lot of potential, but ultimately by not stealing ENOUGH from Smash Bros, it’s just not as good.

I think I'm a part of the first generation of journalists to skip print media entirely, and I've learned a lot these last few years at Forbes. My work has appeared on TVOvermind, IGN, and most importantly, a segment on The Colbert Report at one point.
