Red’s House

One bedroom no bath in the smallest town in the entire region? It better be cheap as hell!

1) His mother sleeps in the bunk below him, while Leaf lives with the grandparents, God knows where.

2) Mother can use the local public baths. Red himself bathes in rivers, if at all.

3) About 40sq.m total, two floors, a kitchen, but no bathroom or dining room… country area… wooden construction, beautiful albeit inconvenient location… very far from the only train service, the Magnet Train station… On the whole, I would expect this to come cheap. Based on the prices of living in Saitama (which is the cheapest area to live in the real Kanto), and considering heavily that it has no bathroom and is far from any public transport, I’d value the house at around 10,000,000 yen (yen is allegedly the same currency as Pokemon’s currency). Would this place this as the most quantifiably valuable object in the Pokemon universe?
