It still doesn’t explain why they look alike.
They are all actually dittos..
They’re all related. As are all the officer Jenny’s. They’re all each others cousin, or sister.
In the anime they have their own names.
In the anime, their name is Joy. All of them. “They all have the same name.”
Their family name Joy is a Japanese pun they all have different first names.
