Nightcrawler on the Chopping Block
I think the Pete Holmes Show mayyyy be starting to run out of steam with this “fired X-men” series. Why? Well, it started as an examination of how many of the heroes’ powers were essentially far more useless than they appear in comics or onscreen. See Gambit’s “You throw stuff.”
But now? Professor X is just being racist, against blue people. He spends this entire video berating Nightcrawler for being gross looking, and that his teleportation smells bad using elaborate metaphors involving Angela Lansbury. It’s still funny, but I miss the older power-based videos.
Who’s next? Cyclops? That’s my guess. He was always kind of a tool.
