Movie Recommendation of the Week: Teen Witch

Today I’m recommending an extremely cheesy but important movie for you to watch:  Teen Witch.   And here’s how the story goes…

Louise is not very popular at her highschool. Then she learns that she’s descended from the witches of Salem and has inherited their powers. At first she uses them to get back at the girls and teachers who teased her and to win the heart of the handsome footballer’s captain. But soon she has doubts if it’s right to ‘cheat’ her way to popularity.

Now, the premise is fine.   The movie is super geeky.  However, it contains what easily could be considered one of the most unintentionally funny rap scenes in the history of cinema.   If anything you have to see this movie for the “Top That” scene.  That is all I’ll say.   Check out the trailer after the jump…..
