Artist Ilya Kuvshinov has a rather excellent portrait series of her favorite heroines from movies, TV and video games that you should definitely take a look at.
She covers all manner of female pop culture icons from the old (that’s preteen Natalie Portman in The Professional) to the animated (Velma from Scooby Doo) to the modern (Ellie from The Last of Us).
