Forever 21 Appropriates Batman for Hipster Clothing

I’ve been dating a female long enough to have been in Forever 21 about a zillion times, only to be followed by a “Why do I buy stuff from Forever 21?” conversation four months later when all the clothes have disintegrated like they were built to self-destruct.

But anyway, they’re trying to distract from their quality issues with a new line of clothes called “Bats and Cats.” Yes, that means Batman and Catwoman. Now that Batman is free from Nolan, it can do whatever the hell it wants, even if that means partnering with Forever 21.

Some of the offerings are above and below, and pretty much involved using the Batman logo as a texture pattern like it’s argyle or something. A lot of this screams Black Milk, and maybe they did that on purpose to trick internet sites into covering their clothes and giving them free publicity.
