Clockwork Orange Gets a Dragon Tattoo Trailer Makeover

Only a select few people made truly f***ed up movies in the ’70s, and first and foremost among them was Stanley Kubrick. Now we see them all the time, and here one of our modern ones has been combined with his classic, A Clockwork Orange.

They’ve taken the score from the excellent Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trailer (more excellent than the actual movie, in fact) and synced it up with footage from the older film. The result fits better than you might imagine, and both movies are screwed up in different ways. Watch for yourself above.

  1. It’s good. But the music is so overwhelmingly powerful, I feel they could’ve just used the slow zoom/dolly onto the droogs at the milk bar for the whole thing and it would’ve been just as creepily awesome.
