Alternative Franchises Recreated in Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong is one of the most iconic games of all time, and it’s no surprise someone thought it might be cool to use as a template for other properties.
Artist BazNet has taken other non-video game franchises and rendered them into an 8-bit Donkey Kong level. There’s Alien (above), Batman, Indiana Jones, Doctor Who and many more. Given how easy it is to emulate stuff these days, I wouldn’t be half surprised to see someone actually go all the way and make these playable.
