A Peaceful Look at Fallout Through GIFs

Subtle GIFs seem to be a new trend on the internet; moving images that don’t necessarily have kittens hugging each other or people jumping off roofs onto trampolines. We’ve seen them done for a great many films, but this is the first time I can remember seeing them made for a video game.

A Fallout fan decided to scope out the rich environments of that game, and find bits of scenery that would make for good peaceful GIFs. He’s found a lot of old machinery, still working in the post-nuclear era, and I have to say I think these turned out really well.

There are a bunch more after the jump, and I really would love to see this as a trend for other games as well.
