A Fake Man of Steel Ad that Should Be Real
Marketing for Man of Steel hasn’t really kicked into high gear yet, other than the release of rather excellent trailer true to Zack Snyder form.
But that’s surely going to change in the coming months as summer draws closer, and WB wants to promote their biggest blockbuster of the year. You’ll start to see Superman’s “S” everywhere I imagine, but one conceptual artist has his own idea of where it should appear.
The above is a fictional ad for Man of Steel which employees anĀ elevatorĀ to reenact Clark Kent’s famous shirt-splitting move. I believe the image was part of some advertising contest, and was created by Jon Massey and Ryan Brown. Shows that all you need to succeed in advertising is a bit of creativity and some limited photoshop skills.
That’s genius.
