Summer has arrived, meaning that most people are out enjoying the sun and hot weather. But, if that isn’t your thing then there are still plenty of new games being released in July that you can check out as you enjoy being in the cool indoors. Here are eight new games that you need to check out in July 2022.

F1 2022 (July 1st) – PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S

F1 22 Game Cars

F1 2022 kicks off the game releases in July, with it being released on July 1st. F1 games have long been a staple in gaming, with them being released on a regular basis since the 1970s. When it comes to the differences between this release and F1 2021 there is really very little to set them apart, much like other yearly sports and racing releases. But, if you’re a fan of F1 and racing games in general then this is a game that you will want to get your hands on.

KLONOA Phantasy Reverie Series (July 8th) – PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch

KLONOA Phantasy Reverie Series consists of remasters of the first two entries in the Klonoa series, Klonoa: Door to Phantomile, which was first released on the PlayStation in 1997, and Klonoa 2: Lunatea’s Veil which was released on the PS2 in 2001. It is worth noting that this game will remaster the 2008 remake of Klonoa: Door to Phantomile rather than remastering the PS1 game. The Klonoa series is very underrated and one that passed by many gamers back in the late 90s and early 200s, making now a perfect time to jump into the series.

Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels (July 19th) – PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S

On July 19th the first Expansion Pack for Forza Horizon 5 will be released, with a second yet to be announced. Players will be able to race in 10 brand new vehicles across many new tracks and allow players to create and share their own courses. This should be a lot of fun and a great reason to jump back into the game.
