Tyler Champion’s Dredd
Dredd remains “the best bad idea” I saw all last year. Who would have thought that a reboot of Judge Dredd would actually be pretty damn awesome, and one of the best action movies of the year? Not me, and I spent months mocking the idea only to have my foot firmly planted in my mouth after I saw it.
More people need to see it (not many did, judging by its paltry box office take) and I’m glad that artist Tyler Champion is giving it the fan love it deserves with this poster. Maybe if they’d used this design instead of Karl Urban’s frown, they would have put more butts in the seats. Anyway, go watch it, you won’t regret it.
Agreed! I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. I hope that they feel they could make a sequel, as it was quite entertaining..
