Steve Wang’s Incredible Photorealistic League of Legend Statues

I didn’t know there was really a category of “photorealistic” statues, as that’s normally reserved for on-paper or digital artwork. But then there’s Steve Wang, a three dimensional genius.

The man is a master of his craft, and as you can see above and below, has a love for video games. He’s created statues of two signature characters from League of Legends, Tryndamere and Ryze, and they were recently on display at PAX for fans to drool over.

I don’t know how he does it, but the detail on these is insane. It’s like the characters came to life and froze in place. I really hope he makes more of these, either for LoL or any other game character. Check out the gallery of Ryze and the detail below:

  1. This website is become ruined by adverts. I understand that they are necessary for you to make a living but the ones that make sound are making me not come on this site as much, and I may be forced to quite altogether soon.

And I kid you not as I am typing this ANOTHER one has just began, in the same place where one was before that I muted. I mute it when it appears, scroll down the page to read and then when the muted one finishes another appears unmuted. Get it sorted please, you’re going to lose a lot of viewers if you keep it up.

Mute your sound completely then. you can not listen to your music for half an hour. you will live.

These pics were taken and PAX prime. I recognize the seattle convention center.
