Photo Tutorial on Reproducing a Fallout 3 Helmet

We haven’t had a post like this in a while.  Perhaps the economy has something to do with people not wanting to spend time on their hobbies.  It’s a shame because I love all the hopeless video game romantics out there who are obsessed with bringing games into reality.

Speaking of which, this soul of a person decided to make an exact replica of the power helmet from the apocalypse helmet from Fallout 3.  He was nice enough to take pictures and should you guys decide to build the same thing we have the entire photo tutorial on how to do it.

Check it out below….

    What?
It’s called a power helmet, or a Brotherhood of Steel power helmet. It’s even got some sort of number attached, but I’m not nerdy enough to have that memorized.

  2. Aww, what a waste of time, dammit. Honestly? Why bother making a T-41d power helmet? Those things are shitty knock-offs made only to fill the gap between ‘shitty combat armour’ and ‘awesome super power armour’ otherwise known as the T-51b.

He should of either built one of those helmets, which is the more iconic helmet of the Fallout series, or even better, the original Enclave helmet featured in Fallout, Fallout Tactics and Fallout New Vegas. Wasted effort..

Either way, nice job. You do good work.
