That Guy Actor of the Week: Miguel Sandoval

It’s a very common Latin name but not a common actor’s name.   I’m not sure when I first came across Miguel Sandoval but I’m 100% sure what word reminds me of him most.  And that word is “cockfighting.”  Yes, he was the bodega store owner in the episode of Seinfeld when Jerry has to train a rooster to fight another rooster.   And Sandoval says the word “cockfighting” around 3 times.  Trust me, it’s a gas.

However, Sandoval has been around for a long long time and is a great character actor.  With 134 titles to his name he’s certainly worthy of this list.  Personally I liked him in Jurassic Park and in Entourage.  Though there’s a ton more roles that he’s been great in.
