Marco Grob’s Amazing Lost Avengers Portraits

I’m not clear as to the original intent behind these promotional Avengers shot by award-winning photographer Marco Grob. They’re far too artsy to make it into superhero promotional marketing, which is why I suppose they went unused, but I’ll be damned if they’re not rather cool to look at now.

We have shots of Captain America (with ear-bearing helmet!, Fury, Widow, Hawkeye, Stark and Loki. And Scarlett Johansson gets two photos because of course she does. I guess Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo got lost on the way to this shoot or something.
