Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome Gets a Modern Day Trailer
The Mad Max series was post-apocalyptic before that was all the rage in science fiction, so one fan decided the film has earned its own modern day-style trailer. The result? A lot of BWAHHHHs, but a pretty good attempt nonetheless.
I honestly can’t remember where, but when I was on a classic kick a few years ago, I watch Mad Max 1 and 2, but quit before Beyond Thunderdome. Is the film really that good, or is it one of those things that’s tinted by nostalgia? Like The Lost Boys, Escape from New York and The Crow. Don’t get me started on any of those.
It’s still quite good but a lot like ‘Escape from New York’, it is a couple degrees too cheesy. Plus the whole Gibson thing leaves a bad taste.
