Guy Attaches 1000W LED To A Drone and Now UFOs are Real

This video is going to have the entire recreational drone universe saying “why didn’t I think of that?” Some guy managed to managed to attach a 1000W LED lighting to a Freefly ALTA 8 drone. The whole rig can operate without landing for about 10 minutes but requires additional batteries for that.  In other words there are both practical and extremely fun uses for this thing.  Aside from spotting some guy taking a dump in an outhouse in the middle of the night, it now looks like outerspace aliens are all over the place.

But seriously, this thing is awesome.  Do you realize how easily you could catch things like drug deals, raves, you know, anything at night that’s in secret?  Just find a way to extend the battery life and the police would all be out of a job.

Can’t they just invent a “Robo-drone” that patrols all night and arrests people when they see crimes being committed.   Like it could shoot some kind of tranquilizer dart at the criminal immobilizing them until someone picks them up and captures them?  Am I totally off base here?  I think we should get to work on this ASAP.
