A Real Life 80,000 Volt Thor Hammer

I sort of forget that Thor is the God of Thunder, as in the movies we usually just see him pounding on things with his hammer, rather than using its lightning properties to do battle.

But one fan with some building skills decided the put the electricity back into the hammer. That’s 80,000 volts running through the foam hammer you see above, enough to make all Loki’s hear stand on end and sizzle of completely.

I wish there was more of a demonstration of him shocking things, but it’s still cool to see nonetheless.
