15 Pictures of Things You Can’t Normally See with a Naked Eye

Have you ever wondered what things look like when they’re magnified a great deal?  I mean you’ll be seeing some worlds that you could not possibly believe.   Tiny creatures that look like monsters and pieces of dust that look like beautiful lakes and rivers.

FEI, a company that manufactures microscopes, regularly holds a macro photo contest in which entrants must submit pictures of things that cannot be seen without magnification. Here is a selection of a few of the entries into the competition for 2012.
