8 of the Strangest Bars in the World
Now that I’m in my 30s, I don’t go to bars nearly as much as I used to. I think that has more to do with my relationship status than my actual age, though, as there are no shortage of cool bars in Manhattan. In fact, if you’re into the bar/lounge/club scene, it’s tough to pick a better city in which to live than Manhattan.
But what makes a good bar? Is it the drink specials? The regulars? The location? All are relevant, but if we’re going to post bars on this site, they’re not going to be your traditional bars. Natty posted a wicked-as-hell Skeleton Bar the other day, which got me thinking about all the other strange yet incredibly awesome bars out there. Most of these bars would be crap to get drunk in. Except maybe the underwater one.
