Luigi is Riding Dirty in Mario Kart 8

For all intents and purposes, it seems that Mario Kart 8 is not only by far the best Wii U game so far, but probably one of the best games of the year period (sorry, Watch Dogs).

The new tracks and karts are great, but it’s the replay feature that has created some really fantastic moments, like this one making the rounds of the internet over the past few days. In it, Luigi not only knocks out his rival, Waluigi, but gives him an ice cold stare as he does so. Just watch the video to see what I mean.

I think I'm a part of the first generation of journalists to skip print media entirely, and I've learned a lot these last few years at Forbes. My work has appeared on TVOvermind, IGN, and most importantly, a segment on The Colbert Report at one point.

  1. I wouldn’t say the best “by far”,Super Mario 3D World,Pikmin 3 and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze are really great as well. I have Assassin’s Creed IV here, but haven’t played it yet, but if what I heard about it is true, should be pretty good as well.

    1. Agreed. Haven’t played Pikmin 3 yet, but Donkey Kong and Mario World 3D are really great Wii U releases so far. Loving the new Mario Kart though, finally back to playing 4 player split screen with the roommates
