The Descent’s cover is a rip off of “Silence of The Lambs”.
Then both “The Silence of the Lambs” and “The Descent” are homages to a portrait of nude women in the same position by Salvador Dali.
Actually both the “Silence of the Lambs” and “The Descent” posters were inspired by “In Voluptas Mors” by Salvador Dali and Phillipe Halsman
A Nightmare on Elm Street is by far the best film ever, I have watched it million time but I still like it a lot…….The movie poster can not be any better, it is amazing….
The Poltergeist poster is the most effective one. Simple and creepy. That’s a hard combo to beat.
