A Collection of Fantastic Action Movie Drinking Games
Guest post by Dan Kotick
To celebrate the release of Expendables 2 – staring the best action heroes of all time – we decided to compile a list of classic action movies, and create drinking games to them. Just like Expendables 2, our list includes: Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Dolph Lundgren, Van Damme and more – your testosterone levels will defiantly be through the roof.
Any 80s/90s kid will tell you that they don’t make action films as good as they used to. Yeah, some of them when watched back today would be considered cheesy, but that is what made them great. And when we heard that Stallone was taking some of the best action stars from our generation and throwing them into a mega-team up project, our lives were complete.
Everything below is self-explanatory really. Pick a film, drink a sip of beer every time something under the “1 drink” happens and down your beer when the “full drink” rule happens. If you have one, a beer bong works great for the full beer rules, but remember to pause the movie until everyone has used it.

When does Eye of the Tiger play in Rocky IV?
These are all pretty rubbish…
Not an action movie but for the Twilight drinking game, you drink 40 shots when you press play so that you die before the movie starts.
Picture is from the new “Dredd” and not the 1995 “Judge Dredd”
I’d say that “Come with me if you want to live” ought to qualify for the Full Drink treatment^^
I was hoping these would be a bit more creative. Go check out the Brent Musburger drinking game for an example.
“Hard to Kill”, 1 drink every time you hear that 5 drum sequence: “dum, dum da-da dum”.
*starring
Beorach – The whole point behind drinking games like these is the ease of them. The BM drinking game maybe creative but it is just too complicated. The easier and the fewer rules the better the game in my experience.
