How To Build a DIY Version of the Evil Dead Chainsaw For Under $50

Not sure if you guys are aware of the DYI Prop Shop but it’s a pretty fantastic Youtube channel with close to 5 million subscribers.  The host, Odin, takes people on various journeys teaching them how to make movie, gaming props, and other fun stuff at a reasonable price in your own home.   Realistically I can’t say that many people would actually try these at home but the tutorials are pretty awesome to watch.

If there are any Evil Dead fans out there looking for a last minute Halloween prop, Odin’s here to show you how to make that sweet Evil Dead Chainsaw, and all for under $50.  The video itself is about 15 minutes and gives you all the detail you’ll need.  To execute however, might take a little longer.

Good luck!
