Holy God Yes: A Fantastic Deus Ex – Human Revolution Short Film

Deus Ex: Human Revolution was my favorite game of the year it was released, and it’s stuck with me all this time. The story, the atmosphere, the gameplay the soundtrack. All of it was absolutely incredible.

I’m glad to see that I’m not the only fan, and someone far more talented than myself has directed a short film that’s just a few shades shy of a Hollywood feature. I’m consistently amazed at the quality of these internet-released short films, and everything about this is superbly done, especially the “enhanced” combat. Seriously, that fight sequence was better than anything I’ve seen on film in the last few years.

Check it out for yourself above. Even if you haven’t played the game, you can probably still appreciate it. Director Moe Charif – someone to watch.
