The world of cosplay boggles my mind today. This website began back in 2007 when cosplay was literally a word that had just been invented. Things were impressive but one could never have imagined that it would be like it is right now. When you get to a point where there are people that make a living doing this stuff, you know it’s big. And when it comes to where cosplay shines the most? Conventions. While we in the states have our San Diego and New York Comic Cons that draw the biggest crowds (including celebrities), other countries have some impressive showings of their own.
In case you missed out (and don’t live in Russia), Russia had their annual comic con this year and it ended only three days ago. It takes place from September 29th-Oct 2nd. This year the cosplayers came out and from the looks of it, made a serious statement about their dress up skills. Russia had it all this year. From the run of the mill sexy outfits to some video game cosplay that could pass for real life army assassins, it’s awfully fun looking at these pics.
