Seinfeld was a genius show (and man) for many reasons, but I didn’t realize its powers extended to full-on prophecy. Here’s a video of Jerry Seinfeld predicting Facebook way back in the ’90s when voicemail boxes were the way people who hated each other kept in touch.

It’s funny, the little red light he talks about is now a little red number on the corner of your page. “People like me!” you think as you see it, but then you click it and someone has just written on the wall for some event you were mass invited to but never RSVPed for. Sigh, I need more friends.
