Debate of the Day: 2014 Emmy Nominations

Hannibal - Season 2

The day has arrived, and it’s time to start saying who has been snubbed and who deserves to win at the 2014 Emmys. The complete list of nominees is below, and you can see for yourself where there’s drama to be found.

A few points of interest include Lena Headey getting nominated for Game of Thrones for her performance as Cersei. And obviously the fact that Tatiana Maslany has been overlooked yet again for playing nineteen different roles on Orphan Black, easily the biggest acting challenge on TV by a mile.

And finally, Hannibal was nominated for absolutely nothing, which may be the biggest slight of all. Anyway, there’s plenty to rant and rage about, so check out the list below:

  1. I don’t want to take anything away from those that WERE nominated (not that they give a crap about my opinion) but the fact that nothing related to Orphan Black was nominated, let alone Tatiana, keeps me from taking the Emmy’s seriously at all whatsoever.

    It’s all politics and BS.
