It takes some balls for a white guy to essentially do stand-up comedy at a black guy’s funeral, doing an impression of his voice the whole time, but when you’re Tom Hanks, traditional rules like that don’t apply to you. And really, funerals are supposed to be a celebration of life, which is what he’s doing here.

In short, Tom Hanks killed it at Michael Clarke Duncan’s funeral, no pun intended. The two most famously worked together on Duncan’s greatest role, The Green Mile, and Hanks shares a rather funny story Duncan told him a while back about when he decided to join a gang.

Hanks is laugh-crying by the end, and it’s possible you may be too. Check it out above.
