The Stunning Movie Props of Stan Winston

As CGI slowly seems to be eclipsing more and more movie sequences that might have been rendered using practical effects, its important to look back and honor the work of Stan Winston, special effects pioneer. We’ve done so on a few occasions already, but this new batch of photos from his School of Character Arts offer us a look at nearly his entire catalog, from past to present.

Of course he’s known for his work on Terminator, Alien, Predator and Jurassic Park, but his outfit is also behind more current films like whenever Iron Man needed to have actual, physical armor. It’s a really cool gallery, and I highly suggest you check out the entire thing below:
