Stormtrooper Superheroes, Supervillain and Spartans

I have a running theory that someday, every piece of pop culture will be mashed up with every other piece of pop culture, and I’m doing my best to document that trend as it unfolds.

Here we have two universes colliding that are both popular, but rarely seen: Superheros and Star Wars. This series from Jon Bolerjack combines Clone Troopers with Venom (above, and Captain America, Dr. Doom and Leonidas (below). Yeah, I suppose technically Leonidas isn’t a superhero, but watch 300 again and tell me he isn’t damn close to one.

In any case, it’s a cool series, and I’d be curious to see if he ends up doing any more.
