If Disney Villains Had Won

It goes without saying that in every Disney movie to date, the good guys have in the end, proved victorious. Anything other than that would scar kids for life no doubt, like if they really did burn up all the Toy Story toys in the incinerator at the end of the third movie.

But what if that wasn’t the case? What if ,some of the time, Disney villains had one? One artist, Justin McTwisp  (via Geekologie), ran with that idea. For some reason, it’s only the female bad girls who have come away victorious, but maybe he’s going to expand his series later. I’d love to see Gaston with the Beast as a skin rug on his floor.

They did in the original stories.

    101 dalmatians disturbs me. 😛

@Sean: I don’t think that’s correct, at least not in every case.

The majority of the stories Disney animated actually end in incredibly depressing ways. Ariel dies, Hunchback dies, etc. Disney has a history of taking stories with dark endings and making them child friendly.
