I have some answers to a few of your questions, that I can only say are assumptions. However, I do try to justify my assumptions with story events.

I would assume Kami could grant the womens underwear wish, since Piccolo was able to create cloths for Gohan. I think that scene was during the training before Vegeta arrived on Earth with Nappa. I would also assume Kami could have revived any Z-fighter in exchange for his life, like what the Elder Kai did with Goku. However, if he did then the dragon balls and Piccolo would go with him. I would assume that the "Eternal" Dragon which is, well, eternal would have a limitless pool of life energy to give up for human resurrection. This explains why even mass resurrection could be done. Even recreating destroyed planets might possibly be within Kami's power, since matter can not be created or 'destroyed' only changed (I think the rule goes something like that) all that would need to be done is bringing the matter together and changing it back to planet form. But who is to say just how much energy this would take, might be another life taker. How does the dragon have such tremendous energy? Well it does hibernate for a year between wishes, plus it had a long time prior to the first in series wish to gather a surplus of energy.

I'm a huge dbz fan, and I found your one sided interview quite a fun read.

To elaborate on my point a bit, I think the Majin Buu saga would have greatly benefitted from DBZ Kai's reduction of filler material. I think they could have edited the final saga in a way that could make it far less meandering and redundant.

Call me crazy, but I don't think DBZ Kai should have omitted the Buu saga. I realize that the Cell Saga was originally intended to be the ending but I always thought the Majin Buu saga had some great fights and it was cool to see DBZ return to the more "magical and mystical" roots of the original Dragon Ball, whereas the rest of DBZ is strictly sci-fi oriented.

Huh, this is the first time I hear of a new DBZ movie. Go figure...

Also, the only good parts of the DBGT series is that later they did a condensed version of the original Dragon Ball in its style and it turned out to be pretty solid. I vaguely remember how awesome it was for young Goku kicking the Red Ribbon Army's ass with a bit of flair and style.

I haven't kept up with Toriyama for years, is he still writing manga?
