They never have been. Granted there is a lot of stuff going on in the world so it can’t fully focus on it. But compare the graphic to other games coming out around that time… or even games out now it’s weak. And they have never managed to make people smile and look happy very well… I imagine that’s why everyone’s frowning all the time.

(Needed to create some mayhem, since LA Noire has very little of that.) And I was shocked at how bad the graphics for GTA4 were in comparison.

It feels like they took the car texture and lighting enhancement for the PC version’s ENB mod series and implemented them :P

They look like they have done a lot with the gaming I am just hoping for a half decent draw distance on the console and that the PC version is much better optimized when it comes out (6-8 months later) than the horrible job they did with GTA 4 for PC
