In Game of Thrones the political disputes of Westeros are usually decided in the battlefield or in dark corridors of the castle, but what if they had a television the way we do today? Surely we’d see attack ads blanketing the airways.

Political site Mother Jones decided to see what exactly that might look like, and crafted a series of ads aimed at Daenerys, Joffrey and Robb Stark that discredit each’s claim to the throne. Funnily enough, all three segments use at least one line that was  leveled against Barack Obama in 2008 (palling around with terrorists, birth certificate, celebrity). It definitely fits each character, and these are rather well done. Check out the other two below. Mild season 2 spoilers ahead.
