Memorable Moments in Movies: Helen Hunt on Crank!
I don’t know if they still show this movie in high schools around the country but they really really need to. I remember back in my senior year they played this in health class. Oh man were we all laughing. What made it even better is that it starred Helen Hunt in her non famous overacting days.
This moved is called Angel Dusted and it came out in 1981. Let’s just say I highly doubt that many people would get the same reaction from Angel Dust that Helen Hunt’s character gets in this movie.
I don’t want to ruin the surprise.

I’m pretty sure she was on Angel Dust, (PCP) … thus the movie name. I don’t think that and crank are the same thing… And yes, PCP does make people react like this.. She might as well have eaten those kids faces off.

Easy mistake, since she does Angel Dust in both.
It was not crank, crank is the same thing as Meth, it was PCP, aka Angel Dust, This clip is from an after school special called Angel Dusted, & when taken esp. in it’s purest form this is very realistic!!!!!!!
